Return Eligibility

We offer a 14 day return policy for all non customized jewelry items. Customized jewelry, including engraved or specially designed pieces, is not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at liwajewellers@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.

Return Conditions

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging. For non customized items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Customized Jewelry

Customized or personalized pieces, including engraved items, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage on arrival.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and issue refunds within 15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.
